timelines, and material specifications outlined in the signed proposal.
Design Approval
The design process involves a collaborative review of technical drawings, 3D renders, and material boards. Execution begins only after the client
provides written or digital approval of the final design package. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all dimensions and specifications meet their
requirements prior to signing.
Material Procurement
Upon approval of the designs, Viele Kitchen & More initiates the procurement of specialized materials, including but not limited to natural marble,
premium oakwood, high-end cabinetry components, and professional-grade appliances.
Project Timelines
While we strive to meet all projected deadlines, timelines are subject to change based on material availability, site conditions, and third-party logistics.
We will provide regular updates regarding any significant adjustments to the schedule.
Intellectual Property
All drawings, concepts, and designs created by the Viele team remain the intellectual property of Viele Kitchen & More until the final project balance
is settled in full.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Viele Kitchen & More, our projects involve highly customized joinery and bespoke materials tailored specifically to your space. Due to the
personalized nature of our work, we adhere to the following refund policy:
Pre-Approval Phase
Clients may request a cancellation of services prior to the final signing of technical drawings and material selections. In such cases, the client is responsible
for paying any design fees or consultation hours accrued up to the date of cancellation.
Post-Approval & Procurement (No-Refund Policy)
Once the client has signed the final approval for drawings and the procurement of materials has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
This policy is in place because:
- Materials (such as natural stone, custom cabinetry, and copper accents) are ordered to specific dimensions and cannot be
returned to suppliers. - Custom joinery and fabrication work are unique to the client’s project and cannot be repurposed.
Quality Assurance
While we do not offer refunds post-approval, we are committed to excellence. If any material or installation is found to be defective or deviates from
the signed specifications, Viele Kitchen & More will rectify the issue at no additional cost to the client, ensuring the final result aligns with the approved design.
